SCULPT AND TONE
This class is designed to be a workout that uses all of the muscles you would use in a ballet class, without sticking to the rigid exercises and music you would typically find in your ballet barre work and center combos. This class begins with 10 minutes of low intensity/high intensity cardio to get your heart rate up. You will then progress through a series of center, barre, and floor exercises that will target your ‘ballet class’ muscles including your arms, lats, shoulders, obliques, abs, glutes, inner thighs, calves and ankles. Great for teens and adults, athletes and former athletes, dancers and non-dancers. No dance experience required.
Dress Code:
Girls: Any type of workout clothing. CLEAN sneakers used for indoor dancing ONLY or barefoot.
Boys: Any type of workout clothing. CLEAN sneakers used for indoor dancing ONLY or barefoot.
